A tragic shooting in Tulsa, Oklahoma has left one person dead and a teenager fighting for his life following an early morning incident at Hicks Park.
According to police, officers responded to reports of a fight at the park around 2 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026. Upon arrival, they discovered two victims in the parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds to the head.
Authorities confirmed that a 23-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 16-year-old boy was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition, where he remains under medical care.

After the party ended, the group reportedly moved to a nearby QuikTrip location but was asked to leave due to overcrowding.
